Born before World War I, Anelia started traveling in the 1930's - for work and adventure. She loved exploring new areas, and learning about their cultures and art. During her travels (at home and abroad), she collected jewelry and other treasures for more than fifty years. She acquired many pieces from Europe, especially during her many visits to Lithuania, her cultural homeland. She traded pieces with her friends, and received some lovely gifts from friends and family, including her husband who traveled to Africa and South America while with the Merchant Marines.

Anelia educated herself about jewelry materials, construction, and value, becoming very proud of her expanding collection. Following in Anelia's footsteps, together we adventured through the Americas, Europe, and the South Pacific. Anelia taught me an appreciation for quality costume jewelry - particularly those from the 1940s & 50s. The pieces available in her collection were acquired with love and care. Please enjoy looking through the collection and perhaps choose a piece to call your own.
